Junior Star Performers | Auditions

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Grease Youth will keep the fun-loving spirit and immortal songs of the blockbuster show, but removes any profanity, lewd behavior or situations and makes it appropriate for the whole family. This year our Jr. Star Performers will be in their own cast playing leads, chorus and whatever else we need! Shows will be April 13th and 14th, classes will begin the week of Jan. 7th and end the week of May 12th. We offer Tuesday and/or Wednesday classes. Fees will include costume use, extra (but not required) rehearsals, and scripts. Audition days will be December 12th or 13th. Please choose which day you would like to audition when filling our sign up form. Once signed up, we will contact you to specify an exact time slot for your audition. Please prepare 30-40 seconds worth of a musical theater song that shows of your voice and be ready to read lines. If reading is an issue please let us know when replying to your time slot email and we will be sure to accommodate you. Class times are below: (group vocal classes & The Wizard of Oz are not included and need to be signed up for separately) Tuesdays: Vocal Class 4:00 - 4:30 Junior + Senior Star Performers 4:30-6:30 The Wizard Oz (Starting Feb 13th) Wednesdays: Vocal Class 4:00 - 4:30 Junior + Senior Star Performers 4:30-6:30 The Wizard Oz (Starting Feb 14th) All of our performers that sign up for regular classes will have the opportunity to participate in our company wide joining of The Spark Full Scale professional production of "The Wizard of Oz".
