Oliver! With The Spark!

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Join the cast of Oliver! with The Spark! In an exciting collaboration, BPAC students are invited to bring this classic story to life as the energetic Workhouse Kids and clever Pickpockets in The Spark’s spring production. Ages 7 - 14 (though we will let the students who performed as 5-6 year olds last year join this class even if they aren't yet 7) Students will have weekly rehearsals with BPAC—where they’ll master their lines, music, and choreography—before joining the full cast to perform side-by-side with professional actors in a warm and supportive environment. It is a fantastic, kid-friendly way to step into the spotlight! Please note that students will need to provide their own under-costume layers, show shoes, and stage makeup. Note for Parents: While Oliver! is a beloved tale, it does contain some mature themes such as violence; however, parents can rest easy knowing that BPAC students will not be on stage during any scenes depicting these themes.
